Nearly Double the Coverage
In most cases with the Employers Resource program, companies are insured under a national policy. The policy provides Employers' Liability Limits of one million dollars. (Coverage B, Part Two). This is nearly double the usual limit on policies issued to small businesses. There are many advantages to the Employers Resource/Workers' Compensation insurance:

Safety Award Program
The Employers Resource Safety Award Program rewards clients with excellent safety records with a five percent rebate on workers compensation premiums. Clients are eligible for awards on a semi-annual basis. In order to be eligible for safety awards the client must participate in the Employers Resource Safety Program.

Employers Resource operates on a strong return-to-work policy. Each work-related injury is aggressively managed by a team of experienced case managers. In addition, our highly-qualified workers compensation staff oversees the managing of the claims. This proactive management of claims has the ultimate goal of returning injured employees to good health and back to work as quickly as possible.
Adjusters and/or nurse case-managers are in constant touch with health providers to make sure each injury is given the utmost attention and that the very best treatments are made available. It is personal interest that has a positive influence on both the employee and their imminent return to work.
