The client is a regional telecommunications consulting firm, located in the Southeastern United States.
The Challenge
Melissa F. was a small business owner that closed her company due to the difficult economy, and went to work for a regional telecommunications firm. The owners of her new company had all of the challenges typically associated with small to medium sized businesses and spent most of their time putting out fires. Unfortunately, this left them stressed out and frustrated that they didn’t have time to do the things they really enjoyed doing at work.
