George Gersema, Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of Employers Resource was a founding member of the National Association for Alternative Staffing (NAAS), and served as its president on two separate occasions.
In 2007, NAAS evolved into a new organization, Professional Administrative Co-Employers, or PACE. Employers Resource continues as an active member of PACE, where Mr. Gersema is an at-large member of the Board of Directors. PACE is a national network of HR outsourcing executives, owners and associate organizations dedicated to equipping members with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing regulatory environment. The mission of PACE is to bring together industry leadership and government to promote healthy regulation and legislation of the industry.
