Payroll Reporting Options
Employers Resource provides clients with several ways to submit payroll. You can use our on-line, web-based ezPayPlus program, or employ the traditional method of calling or faxing in payroll sheets. We also provide remote entry through a time clock entry system. Each of these systems are available at no cost to the client. Our payroll staff will work with you to determine which system best suits your needs. We take the hassle out of hourly wage tracking and allow you to choose the easiest way to report and process payroll. Your employees also have on-line access to their pay records. They can view and print their pay history on our secure web-site, and even download and print duplicate W-2's. We are happy to provide a hands-on demonstration of each approach to help you decide what works best for you and your employees.
