Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

The Employers Resource HRA is an account funded by your employer that can be used to pay for qualified medical, dental and vision expenses. Your company determines how much to contribute, and the available funds are nontaxable.

Our HRA is designed to give participants the information they need to make smart choices about how their health care dollar is spent, while reducing the impact of higher deductibles.

Once your employer has set up an HRA with Employers Resource, each month a pre- determined amount will be contributed to your HRA account on your behalf. Participants in this important benefit plan receive access to the account through a pre-funded debit card, making reimbursement of qualified health expenses convenient and timely.

Eligible expenses must first be submitted to your health care flexible spending account (if you participate) prior to being reimbursed from your HRA.
