Employers Resource is pleased to offer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to help participants save for health and dependent care costs. Our FSA program allows employees to set money aside on a pre-tax basis, which allows for eligible medical and dependent care expenses to be reimbursed.
Employers Resource pays 100% of all costs associated with establishing and maintaining the FSAs. Participants elect the amount they plan to use each plan year, which is then deducted in equal increments from their paycheck and made available through a convenient debit card.
The plan year is from January 1 through December 31 of each year. Funds not used by the end of the plan year are forfeit, and

The following types of FSA accounts are available:
Health Care FSA
Employees can use this account to pay for pre- qualified out-of-pocket medical care expenses. Employees may elect up to $5,000 each plan year. A minimum of $200 is required to participate.
Dependent Care FSA
Designed as a replacement for the federal childcare tax credit, Employees can use this account to pay for pre-qualified dependent care expenses. Employees may elect up to $5,000 each plan year. |
