Deluxe/Traditional Plan

The Deluxe Plan provides participants with the most comprehensive plan offered by Employers Resource, featuring low deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, along with low office visit co-pays, no hospital inpatient separate co-pay, and excellent lab testing and x-ray coverage.

Preferred Plan

The Preferred Plan provides participants a comprehensive plan that blends quality protection with reasonable employee cost-sharing.  This plan provides participants with a diverse network of providers, coupled with features you expect in a health benefits plan… plus a few features not found in competing plans.

Sensible Plan

The Sensible Plan is our lowest priced health benefits plan, and provides a basic level of coverage.  With limited network protection and no deductibles or coinsurance, it’s easy to understand.

Centers of Excellence ™ have been developed in partnership with nationally recognized medical facilities, including Johns Hopkins Hospital and the North Shore Radiation Therapy Clinic. The Centers provide an expert second opinion, as well as targeted surgical procedures and cancer detection and treatment. Participants are completely covered for every phase of treatment, and there are no co-pay, deductible or out-of-pocket expenses associated with them.

A Qualified Second Opinion

While doctors receive similar training, they often have very different opinions about how to diagnose and treat a given condition. Medical advances are being developed every year, and it is unrealistic to believe that every physician is current on each and every one of them. Allow our team to do the research and provide you with a specialist that is skilled in the latest techniques and technologies so you can make an informed choice.

Physician Screening Criteria

We devote considerable time to finding the best medical health care providers in the country to serve as Treatment Excellence providers. Selection criteria is based on success rates, experience and minimal side-effects. These doctors are nationally recognized experts, and are dedicated to staying abreast of advances in medical research and technology.

There are currently six Centers operating in the U.S., targeting the following medical conditions:

• Non-Metastatic Breast Cancer
• Non-Metastatic Prostate Cancer
• Back Surgery (Lumbar)
• Gall Bladder Surgery
• Knee Replacement Surgery
• Hip Replacement Surgery

Employers Resource has established an integrative provider program, comprised of medical professionals focused on treating the causes of disease, not just the symptoms.

These treatments combine the very best of integrative and functional medicine, and may include elements of nutrition, supplement therapy, biomedical research, medication and surgery.

Is it Expensive?

Deluxe/Traditional and Preferred plan participants are only required to pay a $5 co-pay (per office visit) when visiting a DoctorsPlus™ provider.

Participants in our Sensible plan receive significant financial incentives to visit a DoctorsPlus™ provider.

Physician Screening Criteria

Employers Resource devotes a considerable amount of time and effort to finding only the best integrative medical professionals in the nation for our program.

We use the following criteria in making our selection:
